Vacant homes can only be held for 10 days with an approved application.

Resident Benefit Package Information

The Capital Property Management Resident Benefits Package (RBP) delivers savings and convenient, professional services that make taking care of your home second nature. By applying, Applicant agrees to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost of $27/month, payable with rent.

Your RBP may include, subject to property mechanicals or other limitations:

  • Home buying assistance for when the time is right to buy your “forever” home.
  • Online portal: Access to your account, documents, communication, and payment options.
  • Vetted vendor network: we find the technicians who are reputable, licensed, and insured.
  • Virtual maintenance inspections: complete maintenance inspection on your own time, online.

NOTE: The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all-inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable due to a lack of HVAC or another limitation at a specific property.

Property Manager and Real Estate Agent

Melissa got her start in property management in 2008 managing student housing for a Salt Lake City college. After a few years, she was promoted to Housing Director and oversaw the entire department. She later transitioned into managing a large apartment complex. After studying real estate investing, Melissa decided she wanted to specialize in property management for local investors. Now as a licensed real estate agent, Melissa solely works with investors helping them manage their properties.

Tony has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years when he decided he wanted to make a switch into maintenance. He loves working with people and has enjoyed getting to know the tenants as he works on the houses.

Stephanie Kirchhefer

Leasing Specialist

Stephanie is the newest member of our team; she has joined us as our leasing specialist. She specializes in building relationships with new tenants and helping guide them through the application and move in process. She is the go-to for any questions in regards to our vacant properties, applications, and leasing terms. We are excited to welcome her to the team!.
